Claim Process:
Step 1: Schedule Inspection: Give us a call and one of our project managers will come and do a FREE roof inspection. After the roof is inspected, our specialized manager will review the details of your roofs condition and discuss the options on your roof replacemet or repair.
Step 2: File a Claim: Once your roof inspection is complete and there is damage, you then make a claim with your insurance company. If you need assistance, our project manager will be more than happy to help. They will answer any questions you and/or your insurance company might have.
Step 3: Insurance Approval: Once your insurance approves the claim, our project manager will sit down and discuss the paperwork in full detail they will check to ensure that everything the insurance company owes is completed correctly.
Step 4: Scheduling: Once the insurance claim is reviewed again, our project manager will schedule your roof installation. Installation takes ONLY 1-2 days to complete. Don't forget, our manager will be available to answer any questions you might have during this process.
Step 5: Completion: When your roof is being installed, we will have our project manager on site. Once the roof is completed, we will final invoice your insurance company letting them know that the project has been finished. Once we are paid in full, our project manager will provide you with your warranty information.
